Membership Dues and Fees
Please fill out our membership form to provide the data specified, including your preference for publication in the membership roster. Dues and fees payments should be made AFTER filling out the online form (click here) or submitted with the downloadable form below. Payments can be mailed to the address shown on the form or dropped in the secure mailbox at the top of the beach road, 2989 Dogwood Trail. Or, you can submit payment via the ePayments page (click here).

Assessments
One time  charges per property/household must be paid up for membership and facility use.  Contact us if unsure of payment status.   
The electronic beach gate approved in 2018 was paid for by a one time assessment.  Maintenance is covered by annual membership dues. 
Capital Improvements approved in 2021 included repairs to the dock, which was damaged by high tides and storms. One of the storms dropped a large tree on our pavilion, necessitating complete replacement, completed in June 2022. Improvements to the playground were needed to improve safety. ​

Pier repair, pavilion rebuild, playground improvements, drainage.

Annual membership maintains our community resources. Assessments must be paid up to join. Dues and fees payments should be made AFTER filling out the online membership form:

Facility Fees
Additional annual fees for specific beach privileges. Membership is required.

Boat Ramp   |  $50.00
Use of the boat ramp.

Kayak Rack |  $50.00
Use of a single slot in the 27-slot kayak rack. More than one kayak may be stored in a single slot. Slots are assigned as-available.
