Welcome to the Cape St. John Citizens Association (CSJCA) website, developed to serve as an informative resource for our neighbors, prospective homeowners, and the residents of the Cape St. John community in Annapolis, Maryland.
Cape St. John is a charming, rustic, water-privileged community located on the South River and accessible via Riva Road. Originally used as a camp for the Boy Scouts of America, Cape St. John was purchased, subdivided, and sold to individual owners who built their homes for permanent and part-time residence. The CSJCA held its first meeting in 1951. CSJCA membership offers use of the community beach, boat ramp, day tie up, small boat storage, picnic tables/BBQ facilities, and a children's playground.
